Prices

Mia Tui reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered.

Currency

All prices are shown in British Pounds- currency convertion is subject to PayPal exchange rates at time of order.

Colours

Colours can vary slightly from those shown on your computer.

Payment Methods and Processing

Mia Tui currently accepts PayPal, Visa and Mastercard only. Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.

Deliveries and Shipping

You will receive your order in approximately 2-7 working days within Great Britain, and 7-21 days Internationally.

Delivery charge for all orders is £3.99 within Great Britain, and will vary to other Countries.

All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail or Courier.

Online Exchange and Returns

You may exchange or return any item at your own postage cost. If you would like to return/exchange an item please contact Mia Tui Head Office via e-mail at info@miatui.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once you have emailed Mia Tui Ltd, the item must be sent back within 21 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 21 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 6 month period. We strongly recommend you use a registered mail so you can track the postage. Mia Tui will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received at our end if no tracking system was used. Please note postage and package will not be refunded.

All items returned will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place. Mia Tui will not accept your return/exchange if we consider the item(s) used.

For approved returned items a refund will be processed within 7 days.

Faulty Products

In the event that you receive a faulty Mia Tui product, notification must be given within 7 days of receiving the item, and return of the product must be received within 14 days.

Please contact Mia Tui Head Office on +44 (0) 0908 239937 to notify us. You will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on returning the faulty item. Please include the invoice you received with your parcel.

A refund or exchange will be made on receipt of the item.

A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly.

Warranty

We offer replacements/refunds to bags that have legitimate manufacturing faults within a 6 month period from date of purchase.

This does not cover reasonable wear and tear, stains, marked or torn fabric, or soiled items.

All damaged goods require a phone call to Head Office +44 (0) 1908 239937  You will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on returning the item. No clearance items will be replaced/returned/credited.
