Online Exchange and Returns

We offer one free exchange on all UK orders.

A £4.50 charge applies if you require a second exchange.

Please note: this does not apply to FREE Bundle Items. If you wish to exchange a free bundle item, a £4.50 charge will apply for shipping and handling.

Purchases under £15 are not eligible for the Free Exchange Policy. If you would like to exchange an item under £15, there will be a £4.50 charge. This covers both return shipping and the shipping of your new item.

  1. Log in to your account and select the invoice for the order you wish to exchange:

  2. Click on the product you would like to exchange and, in the notes section, tell us which bag you would like as your replacement.
  3. We will raise your exchange order and email you a Royal Mail tracked return label. You can also book a home or office collection if preferred.
  4. Please package your bag securely and include the original paperwork so we can identify your return.
  5. Once your bag is received back at our office, we will dispatch your replacement. We do not charge the £4.50 return fee for exchanges.
  6. No printer? You can request a QR code via Royal Mail and take it to your local Post Office:

  7. All exchange returns are fully tracked. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is complete.

Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a refund.

Non–Mia Tui products must be returned within 14 days.

You can also request a return via your Mia Tui account.

Returns via our Royal Mail portal are subject to a £4.50 charge

Alternatively, you may return items at your own postage cost.

Postage and packaging are non-refundable.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in original packaging (including dust bag if applicable).

All returns will undergo a quality control check. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We strongly recommend using registered/tracked mail. Mia Tui cannot be held responsible for lost returns without tracking.

Please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order if you have supplied the wrong address.

If your order has already shipped, we’ll need to wait for tracking to show the parcel is returning to Mia Tui before we can resend your order.
