Prices

  • Mia Tui reserves the right to change prices at any time.

  • The price payable is the price shown at checkout on the date your order is confirmed.

Currency

  • All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).

  • Currency conversion for international payments is subject to PayPal’s exchange rates at the time of order.

Colours

  • Colours may vary slightly from those shown on your device due to screen settings.

Payment Methods & Processing

  • We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shop Pay.

  • Goods are dispatched once payment has been authorised and debited.

  • By placing an order, you enter into a contract and accept the prices and product descriptions shown at checkout.


Deliveries & Shipping

  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 1 pm (Mon–Fri) ship the next working day.

  • Estimated delivery:

    • Great Britain: 3–6 working days

    • International: 7–14 days

  • UK delivery charges:

    • Orders £25 or under: £2.50 (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

    • Orders over £25: Free (UK Mainland, Royal Mail 2nd Class)

    • Next Day Courier: £6.99

  • UK carriers: Royal Mail or DPD.

Wrong address

  • Please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order if you entered the wrong address.

  • If the order has already shipped, we must wait for tracking to confirm the parcel is returning to Mia Tui before proceeding.

Safe-place deliveries

  • If you request delivery to a nominated safe place, responsibility passes to you once the courier confirms delivery.

  • We can’t accept liability for loss or damage after a parcel is left as requested.

International orders

  • All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any customs, duties, or taxes are payable by you on delivery.

  • USA orders are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP).

  • We cannot calculate or cover these charges in advance. If duties/taxes are refused and delivery is declined, no refund will be issued.


  • Exchanges

    • We offer one free exchange on all UK orders.

    • A £4.50 charge applies if you require a second exchange.

    • Please note: this does not apply to FREE Bundle Items. If you wish to exchange a free bundle item, a £4.50 charge will apply for shipping and handling.

    • Purchases under £15 are not eligible for the Free Exchange Policy. If you would like to exchange an item under £15, there will be a £4.50 charge. This covers both return shipping and the shipping of your new item.

     

  • How to arrange an exchange:

    1. Call us on 01908 714562 to set up your exchange.

    2. We’ll create your exchange order and send you an email with a link to download your Royal Mail tracked return label.

    3. Once your bag is received back in our office, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

    • No printer? Use our Royal Mail Portal to request a label or a QR code. You can also arrange a Royal Mail home collection.

    • All exchange postage is tracked. Please ensure you keep proof of postage.

    • Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

    Returns

    • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a refund.

    • Non–Mia Tui products must be returned within 14 days.

    • Returns via our Royal Mail portal are subject to a £4.50 charge:

    • You can also request a return from your Mia Tui account
    • Alternatively, you may return items at your own postage cost.

    Important details:

    • Postage and packaging are non-refundable.

    • Items must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in original packaging (including dust bag if applicable).

    • All returns will undergo a quality control check. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • We strongly recommend using registered/tracked mail. Mia Tui cannot be held responsible for lost returns without tracking.


Faulty Products

  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt; the item must be returned within 14 days.

  • Contact Head Office: +44 (0)1908 714562.

  • After assessment (if deemed faulty), you may choose:
    i) Full refund of the product value
    ii) Exact replacement (stock dependent)
    iii) Repair of the same item


Warranty

  • Bags: repairs/replacements/refunds for legitimate manufacturing faults within 12 months of purchase.

    • Excludes reasonable wear and tear, improper care/storage, stains, marks, tears, or soiling.

  • Clothing:

    • Up to 3 months: refund for faults

    • 3–6 months: credit note

    • After 6 months: at the company's discretion

  • All damaged goods require a call or email to Head Office: +44 (0)1908 714562 · hello@miatui.com.

    • We’ll email a return label and return instructions for faulty items.


Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty points are not awarded on Sale, Clearance, Last Clicks, Factory Seconds, or Non–Mia Tui products.

  • Points can only be redeemed on full-priced items.
