Prices

• Mia Tui reserves the right to change prices at any time.
• The price payable is the price shown at checkout on the date your order is confirmed.

Currency

• All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
• Currency conversion for international payments is subject to PayPal’s exchange rates at the time of order.

Colours

• Colours may vary slightly from those shown on your device due to screen settings.

Payment Methods & Processing

• We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shop Pay.
• Goods are dispatched once payment has been authorised and debited.
• By placing an order, you enter into a contract and accept the prices and product descriptions shown at checkout.

Deliveries & Shipping

• Cut-off: Orders placed after 1 pm (Mon–Fri) ship the next working day.
• Estimated delivery:
  • Great Britain: 3–6 working days
  • International: 7–14 days
• UK delivery charges:
  • Orders £25 or under: £3.50 (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
  • Orders over £25: Free (UK Mainland, Royal Mail 2nd Class)
  • Tracked24 Royal Mail: £3.99
  • Next Day Courier: £6.99
• UK carriers: Royal Mail or DPD.

Wrong address

• Please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order if you entered the wrong address.
• If the order has already shipped, we must wait for tracking to confirm the parcel is returning to Mia Tui before proceeding.

Safe-place deliveries

• If you request delivery to a nominated safe place, responsibility passes to you once the courier confirms delivery.
• We can’t accept liability for loss or damage after a parcel is left as requested.

International orders

• All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any customs, duties, or taxes are payable by you on delivery.
• USA orders are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP).
• If duties or taxes are refused and delivery is declined, no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

• We offer one free exchange on all UK orders.
• A £4.50 charge applies for a second exchange.
• This does not apply to FREE bundle items. Exchanging a free bundle item incurs a £4.50 charge.
• Purchases under £15 are not eligible for the Free Exchange Policy. A £4.50 charge applies.

2. We’ll email you a Royal Mail tracked return label.
3. Once received, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

• No printer? Use the Royal Mail Portal or request a QR code.
• All exchange postage is tracked. Keep proof of postage.
• Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Non–Mia Tui products must be returned within 14 days.
• Returns via Royal Mail incur a £4.50 charge.
• Returns can also be requested via your Mia Tui account.
• You may return items using your own postage method.

• Postage and packaging are non-refundable.
• Items must be new, unused, with tags and original packaging.
• All returns undergo a quality control check.
• We recommend using tracked mail.

Faulty Products

• Notify us within 7 days; items must be returned within 14 days.

• You may receive a refund, replacement, or repair (subject to assessment).

Warranty

• Bags: Manufacturing faults covered for 12 months.
• Excludes normal wear, misuse, stains, or damage.
• Clothing: Up to 3 months refund; 3–6 months credit note.
• After 6 months, resolution is at our discretion.

Loyalty Points

• Loyalty points are not awarded on Sale, Clearance, or Non–Mia Tui products.
• Points can only be redeemed on full-priced items.
