You’re asking me to choose my favourite child! I love Dolly for work, Bali for day trips on holiday, Jet as my cabin bag, and Chelsea when I want something a little more stylish.

When did you found Mia Tui

I founded Mia Tui in 2011 while living in Vietnam. I wanted to design a travel bag that made travelling easier, because we all lose our minds a little when we travel! I started with an organised interior and then built a whole collection around that idea.

Best Part of working for Mia Tui

It has to be the customers and my team. I feel very proud of what I’ve achieved—we focus on creating amazing bags and delivering the best customer service, and the whole team truly believes in that philosophy.

Little about yourself

I lived abroad for seven years, where I got married and had my two daughters, so the Far East holds some very special memories for me. I love cooking and listening to podcasts in my spare time.

Favourite Mia Tui Bag

I have so many favourites, but at the moment I can’t decide between the Large Chelsea and the Zara for everyday use. The O’Grady is my go-to when I’m out and about with my three gorgeous pups. And the Zoe is perfect for travelling—it keeps me super organised.

When did you start working for Mia Tui

I’ve been involved with Mia Tui for a long time, ever since I first met Charlotte at a school fête. Over the years, I’ve helped sell bags at baby shows and even packed orders back when Charlotte was running things from her garage. I officially joined Mia Tui in February 2022 as a Picker & Packer, and since then I’ve been promoted to Operations Manager.

Best part of working for Mia Tui

There’s so much I love! Being part of such a supportive team who work incredibly hard every day is amazing. I also love seeing the new colours and designs—and the excitement from our customers who can’t wait to get their hands on them. Working with Chelsea is always a highlight, especially during our Facebook Lives—we have such a laugh! Most of all, having Charlotte not just as my manager but also as a close friend means the world.

A little bit about me

I’m married with three wonderful children. One is a Police Sergeant, and my eldest son is training to join the Army as an Infantry Soldier—so yes, I’m a little anxious to say the least! We also have three adorable Cavapoos and three cats—there’s clearly something about the number three in our household! I love socialising, enjoy a bit of line dancing, and most of all, I absolutely love a hot holiday where I can relax and soak up the sun.

I started in April 2023.

I love being part of such an amazing team, with a supportive manager and a brilliant boss. I also really enjoy my customer-facing role, speaking with our lovely customers, and seeing all the beautiful seasonal colours as they come and go.

I’m originally from Newport Pagnell, where Mia Tui is based, so I’m proud to be building my career with a company in my hometown. Outside of work, I’ve always had an interest in cars and enjoy anything automotive-related. I also love travelling and discovering new places—always with my trusted Jet travel tote!

I love my job and feel really passionate about the products. We have a great team—we all get on so well, support each other, and Charlotte is just the best boss!

Little about yourself

I moved to the UK in 1996 (30 years this year!), so I’ve now lived here longer than I did in the Czech Republic. I visit my family back home two to three times a year, and my two teenage boys love going with me to see their grandparents. I love travelling, eating out, and cake (my biggest downfall!), and I also have two very cute house bunnies.

I am originally from Romania and moved to the UK in 2018. I’m a proud mum to my five-year-old daughter. I love travelling and have a bit of a sweet tooth—I’m also known as the office ‘feeder’ because I enjoy bringing in treats to share! I would describe myself as a very friendly person.

For me, the best part is the culture and values at the heart of the brand. There’s a real sense of purpose behind everything we do, and I find Charlotte’s energy and passion for the company incredibly inspiring.

Little about yourself

I’m originally from Southern Italy, where I grew up surrounded by art and good food. I’ve always been a creative person, working across design, fine art, filmmaking, and storytelling. I’m also the author of a cookbook and a fiction book, both reflecting my love of creativity and narrative.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, cooking, sharing good food and wine with friends, and finding inspiration in life’s simple, beautiful moments.
