We hope you love your new Mia Tui bag, but sometimes it is difficult to order on-line, that is why we offer a free exchange service. 

Free Bundle items or Sale Items can’t be exchanged under our free exchange policy, however if you do want to exchange there will be a £5 charge. This includes return shipping and shipping of new item.

Purchases under £15 are not eligible for a FREE Exchange Policy, however if you do want to exchange there will be a £5 charge. This includes return shipping and shipping of new item. 

We have an easy to use portal on Royal Mail where you can download your return label and even book for Royal Mail to collect the parcel from you.

How exchanges work:

Call the office on 01908 714562 to arrange your exchange, where we will process your exchange order and send you a prepaid mailing bag.

Please return the exchange bag within 5 days of receiving your return label, or immediately if you have used our Royal Mail Online account

All exchange postage is tracked - but please get proof of postage.

You can arrange collection from your house with Royal Mail once you have downloaded the postal label as you need the tracking number  https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems

Sale/clearance items cannot be exchanged

Online Returns
You may return any item at your own postage cost, if you would like to use our portal with Royal Mail there will be charge £4.50 deducted from your order

Return within 60 days of receiving your purchase, to be eligible for a refund.

We strongly recommend you use a registered mail so you can track the postage.

Mia Tui will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received at our end if no tracking system was used. 

Please note postage and packaging will not be refunded.

Bags have to be returned in new and unused condition, with tags on.

All items returned will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place. Mia Tui will not accept your return/exchange if we consider the item(s) used.

For approved returned items a refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the item.
